想给大陆得了癌症的亲戚邮寄大麻油（cannabidiol），请问

大麻在中国大陆是否合法？邮寄是否危险？

另外有哪位朋友知道哪里能买到好的cannabidiol？amazon上品种不少，但都叫hemp oil，不知道质量怎牙怎样？
