请教胆囊癌中晚期的后续治疗。

最近我国内的一个朋友被确诊为胆囊癌中晚期，将进行胆囊摘除手术和切除部分肝以及淋巴处理。请问各位高人是否知道国内或美国的医院对这种癌症的后续治疗和康复的药物、仪器和方法。任何好的方法，我的这位朋友都愿意试。美国或国内哪个医院对此肿瘤治疗比较好？谢谢大家！
