紧急求助！国内妈妈癌症晚期

我妈妈于2013年12月底被四川大学华西医院诊断出罹患胰腺癌，属于中晚期，2014年1月20日在该医院做了手术，放射性碘粒子介入治疗，肿块没有切除。 术中发现肝脏有转移，肝部活检病理结果：中分化转移，EMA+,CK7+ CDX-2(-),AFP(-),GPC-3(-),CD10(-),ARG(-). 

国内目前没有药可用， 我妈妈今年77岁， 我们想考虑让她来美做Clinic trial, 请了解这方面情况的XDZM, 告诉我们需要什么手续？ 可以让美国医院出具邀请函吗？
