求建议--胃癌后期，切除3/4，现在等。。

岳母现81，两年前确诊胃癌后，切除3/4，没有作化疗，8个月前发现转移脾，做外部
激光器控制，现发现以转腹部淋巴，人很虚弱，在医院卧床已尽两月，医生现只给
止痛药控制疼痛，无他法，各位有经验之士可分享一下此阶段护理经验？多谢！！
