我妈妈（86岁）因严重贫血做胃镜发现胃癌，9厘米，

可能2，或3期，ct没发现其他转移，还没做pet扫描周围淋巴结，医生和我们说要先化疗，然后才考虑手术，我妈妈不想化疗，难道不能尽快手术，或者术后再化疗吗？敬请有这方面经验的专家给点参考意见，我妈除了贫血一般情况还好，没有什么其他大病。知道小细胞性肺癌对化疗免疫治疗有好的效果，没听说胃癌效果怎样，特别是老年人，怕几个月的化疗后效果不好失去手术机会
