请问草花粉过敏有有效的办法么？

每年5到6月这段儿都特痛苦，早上吃了AllergraD还是像重感冒，鼻子眼角都奇痒，喷嚏不断，blow出来基本都是水。以前test过说是草花粉。每天洗头发不敢开窗效果也有限。想请教各位健康达人草花粉过敏有好办法治么？极度郁闷中
