上火还是过敏？我吃了这个东西一个小时后牙床肿痛

我以前吃其他的南瓜子都没有问题，但这个一吃就出问题。试验了几次都是，相信不是心理作用。我注意到，这种南瓜子是 sprouted，不知问题是否与此有关。

Costco 买的。
