If you apply for conventional mortgage, they will always check income, regardless personal or LLC.

If you apply for commercial or portfolio loan, that's different matter. 

So in short, it's not personal mortgage vs. llc mortgage, it is conventional mortgage (under Fannie Mae guideline) vs. portfolio loan or commercial loan.
