自雇工资低交税少影响个人贷款额度怎么办，LLC贷款额度银行怎么决定

现在所有的房子都在个人名下。个人贷款对收入要求很高。现在还报比较高的税。如果房产转入LLC，银行怎么决定贷款额度，是根据LLC的收入吗。
