替小地主们带人看房及其它（你没空，俺可去的），上法庭等。做了事再收钱。

地主们觉得咋样？免得你们又要上班又要担心你的租房。俺在这嘎哒住了20年了。

喜欢跑来跑去的。英文水准（硕士）够不，上过法庭上好次。
