昨天也收到一个，我一看放声大笑，随手扔垃圾了。

A few years back I bought a house owned by an out-of-town Chinese couple. This house was managed by this company that sent me the flyer. They put a lot of bad tenants through, charged undermarket rent. The owner probably lost a lot of money and sold the house at a loss.
