前期糖尿病

I was diagnosed with Prediabetes recently, and I'm 35. I've been under a lot
of stress struggling with my job and family life. And I found that stress
could cause and worsen diabetes. Does anyone think I should quit my job for
now and focus on my health for the moment? Or should I keep on working?
