新地主自信心受到严重打击

打出出租广告10天了，电话和EMAIL不少，但还是没人交申请表。 三天前房租降了30，效果还是不大。 自从院里插了牌子，问的人很多， 看房子的也有几个。 每次要开15分钟去让人看房子。 急需找到原因。 难道要查信用的说法吓走认了？ 同区的广告租金比我这要高，也没多少出租广告。 还要这样等下去吗？
