圣诞夜，好伤心

家里有上高中的女儿，最近脾气特别大，固执到了钻牛角尖的程度。

总是无缘无故地大哭，有时还打自己，我很难过，用尽了各种办法劝她，时好时坏。圣诞夜她和我聊天，聊得很好，我就借机给她讲点道理，谁知哪句讲的不合她意，开始哭，没完没了的哭，怎样劝也不行，我很疲倦，心里很累很累。。。。。好不容易劝了好几个小时，好了。第二天早上，我心里还是很难过，就没有下楼，在楼上收拾房间，边收拾便忍不住流泪，收拾得累了就躺下来，还是忍不住地哭。老公上来劝了我一会，让我睡一会。他下楼去，女儿问他我在干什么，他跟女儿说我收拾房间累了睡一会。女儿又大哭起来，说：“都是我不好，我应该给妈妈收拾房间的，我不应该让妈妈累。”就一直哭，我听到她又在打自己，我头痛欲裂，心里也很难过，但是我不能就听着她自己打自己，只好强忍着爬起来，还要去劝她。

我心里真觉得特别累，生活似乎一点希望也没有，以前她是非常乖巧听话，学习有很好的优秀的孩子，不知为什么半年来性情大变。我带她看过家庭医生，心理医生，还有神经科医生，都说她没有病，是压力造成。可是我们不给她压力的，从来都是很宝贝着她。这样，我该怎么办呢？
