her presentation is the tip of iceberg.... she needs a thorough evaluation from psychiatrist to make sure she doens't have serious mental issue and then make appropriate recommendation.

primary care physician and neurologist don't have time and expertis. I don't know what level of psych doctor you consulted. psych doctor in this country could be social worker with minimal training.
