材料:猪臀肉5磅,海盐,liquid smoke
做法:
- 猪臀肉两面交叉划几刀,抹海盐,liquid smoke。肉比较多,海盐可以多一些。揉入味
- 用锡纸包紧放入大烤盘,稍深一点的比较好,因为会有汤汁出来
- 预热烤箱350度,烤4个小时
- 取出后放凉一些,用两个叉子把肉撕成细丝即可食用

pork shoulder可以。liquid smoke美国店都有卖的,为了那个烟熏味儿,肉每一面抹两茶匙
