新人报到 - 新年第一跑/游

大家好！新年好！

新人报到！喜欢跑步（疫情后的爱好）、游泳、瑜伽、球类。新人，请多关照。

跑步目前仅限于短中程（5K， 10K），一直在犹豫是否要加长距离，比如半马、全马，目前跑量很不够，一年才跑500多miles。有很多问题需要向大家请教。
