昨天的午餐和晚餐

昨天我和爱美丽都是半天，所以我接了她，然后一起去吃了panera。

她喜欢那里的tomato soup，我喜欢那里的squash soup。

我们都点了you order two,她点了鸡肉三明治和汤，我点了apple chicken salad和汤。她还想点smoothie，我说不行，她不开心了，整顿饭都跟我闹别扭，lol。

Panera所有的营养价值都标在网上，可以自己查

apple chicken salad, squash soup, and half of a baguette，总热量540， 碳水73克！蛋白质18克。沙拉里很多apple chips，爱美丽都替我挑出来，说她不能喝smoothie，所以我也不能吃那些，哈哈。

所以堂吃就算自己觉得很健康的食物，其实还是很多碳水。

晚饭吃三文鱼块，菠菜和紫米饭， 总热量300， 碳水22克，蛋白质40克。然后跟着教练力量训练一小时
