跟风发引体向上:-)

刚才看了小眼睛的视频现录的，家里条件简陋，只有这个架子。

反手，对手，正手宽距，都做了一下。我其实除了反手，还不能完全从直臂全悬垂拉起来，虽然没跳，但脚是在地上的。而且做的过程中，手臂拉直的不够。
