在烈火后重生的森林—-Big basin hike

2020年big basin森林被大火烧毁。

今天再去，满目黑得跟焦炭的一样的树木，下面是新长出来的灌木。 碰到一对登山爱好夫妇，他们说百分之93的红木生存了下来，假以时日，又会有新的森林长出来。这就是大自然的循环。

看到树上挂的摄像机，说是为了检测野生动物的数量回归。

韩爸爸韩妈妈现在都穿和我一样的鸟家上衣和hoka跑鞋。装备非常统一。 哈哈

下山跑了一段，终于重新开始了。

 

晚饭在santa cruz的Makai吃的，旋转餐厅可以看海景，我们经常来。

因为现在减脂，点了chicken lettuce wrap和poke bowl。poke bowl放了不少色拉酱，在外面吃饭，减脂不容易。
