关于那个Hemoglobin A1C，提上来问落花医生。。。

就不QQH了。好的信息和讨论大家分享。

听到一个interview，是一个MD。 她有书ANYWAY YOU CAN: Doctor Bosworth Shares Her Mom's Cancer Journey: A BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO KETONES FOR LIFE （https://www.amazon.com/ANYWAY-YOU-CAN-Bosworth-BEGINNERS/dp/0999854232 )

从题目就知道她是提倡什么饮食了。她在网上blog里（https://bozmd.com/hemoglobin-a1c-what-does-it-tell-us-and-why-the-big-deal/ ) 有写到， “I like my personal A1C to be less than 5.0。”这是三年前。今天的对话中，她说自己的目标是4.5。 She's still working on it. 那是很低了。当然她有许多理由。但是我最关心的是高的A1C与老年痴呆的联系。有人甚至说Alzheimer's 是三型糖尿病。

若让我降到4.5，那绝对是路漫漫其修远兮。甚至不可能。毕竟高volume的运动还是需要碳水供给的。而且真想降到那么低，regular extended fast is almost required。 

先不说怎样降到那么低，就想问问落花医生，你同意这个说法吗 -- A1C在4.5以上，从longevity and health span的角度讲，对中老年人群，越低越好？你自己的目标值是什么？
