2. 鞋子和bra一样，只有适合自己是最好的。我只是向大家推荐一款适合我的

3. 不要迷信极简主义啥的，年纪越大越要保守，当然ankle mobility，力量训练要一直做，鞋子只是给你support，不会增加你的fitness和 mobility
