刚刚上完Zumba课。提醒女士们要注意穿的运动衣服。

周一Zumba课是一男老师。但现在多了一位实习老师。是一位人高马大型的女士。今天她穿了一件nude color的leggings! 像没穿裤子一样。每当有下蹲运动或shaking the buddy动作时，看过去是真尴尬。肥臀在眼前晃来晃去实在不雅。

穿dark color最安全。
