又一个马拉松选手doping

经常看到这样的新闻，现在就是“干净的”选手也觉得他们其实在doping，只不过隐藏的好，就等哪天的惊天爆料。尤其是自行车比赛，sponsor财大气粗的，这方面的研究一定不少财迷
