Here's how to upload music to Shokz OpenSwim (formerly Xtrainerz) headphones:

  1. Download your audio files:Ensure the files are in a compatible format like MP3, WAV, WMA, FLAC, or AAC. 
  2. Connect the headphones to your computer: Use the charging cradle and USB cable to connect the OpenSwim to your computer. 
  3. Locate the headphones as a drive: Your computer should recognize the headphones as a removable drive. 
  4. Drag and drop: Transfer your music files by dragging and dropping them into the drive folder. 
  5. Organize your files: You can create folders within the drive to organize your music. 
  6. Disconnect: Once the transfer is complete, safely eject the headphones from your computer. 

For Shokz models that primarily rely on Bluetooth for music playback (like OpenRun Pro), you'll need to pair them with a device that has the music files (like a smartphone or MP3 player).
