我一直吐槽Garmin游泳记录distance不准，比25块钱的华为手环都差远了。现在我研究明白了，你要有一个明确的转身和随后的漂浮。比如说自由泳，不管你是open turn or flip turn, 使劲踢墙后，under water dolphin kick three times,再继续游
