受到称赞说我很fit

今早跑800米间歇，然后tempo。还好不是很热。

我看我的garmin显示heat acclimation 21%，我这么热的天跑步，竟然百分比还这么低。看了garmin说，需要起码四天在热的天跑步。

在诊所停车场，一辆车突然停到我边上，是肿瘤科大叔。他摇下车窗说，哇塞你现在看着非常fit，一看就是运动的。

听的我很开心，上来自拍一张。哈哈。

然后我昨天发现，Reese大叔年轻时候打过铁！那ironman胶衣穿在他身上真好看，哈哈。

他1米88，以前打篮球的，后来脚受伤就没有打了。

他每次和剧组出去访谈，人群中就是鹤立鸡群，我觉得就是因为他常年运动的关系，虽然年纪大了，但是身板依然笔直，在人群中非常显眼。我要向reese大叔学习！保持运动习惯，六十岁还能在人群中鹤立鸡群.

最后再来一张大叔抗大枪。
