天热了, 跑步尚未开始, 花钱已经加倍了

之前, 710ml  coffee 就够了.

现在, 跑前热身150sqats完成后, 需要1 L water.

痛啊！

 

记得有一位大拿跑步不喝水, 我希望有这个能力, 争取不做一个穷人.
