一波刚平，一波又起

水袋的问题刚解决，现在又被手表的问题折磨。

最近几次每次跑完都是这样，旧的水泡刚平息，新的水泡又出来了，好像是过敏，但是不痒。出汗和洗澡时候觉得疼。

也么有换表带，也没有带的很紧。真奇怪
