斜风细雨不须归

今早忘记设闹钟，一觉睡到六点零七分，醒来吓我一跳，赶紧把爱美丽叫起来。匆匆忙忙换衣服拿东西，我还是挺佩服爱美丽的，这么短的时间她要穿跑步的衣服，拿上学的衣服，上学要吃的东西，也都没忘记，运动的一个好处就是，孩子学会time management。

今天是跑坡。十次，最后我跑完爱美丽还有一次我就又陪着她跑了一次。下点小雨，还挺舒服的。

跑完以后去学校的路上瓢泼大雨，还好还好。
