冬天跑步穿什么样的鞋？

零下5度以下的？我不经常跑步，所以就是一双跑步鞋从春到冬，可能最冷就在-2度下跑过，还是无风晴天，再冷就没试过了。因为不是专门给冬天用的鞋子，虽然身上还出汗，但是脚是冷的。

冬天更冷我也出去玩的，但是都穿靴子，类似下面那种的，脚一点不冷（靴子宣称是可以在-40度下用的，那个温度还没试过），但是这种靴子肯定不能跑步的。
