今天是一周一次的增肌拍照日，老迈替我前后左右地拍照，拍完照我让他把一些东西搬到车上去，他似笑非笑地说，你每天做力量训练，怎么搬东西还要我来搬呢？

CIM以后感冒，爱美丽也被我传染到。今天总算母女复出了。她年纪小，没有啥mind game，闹钟响了就起来了，开车到了track就开始跑了。这周下雨，还好趁着下雨之前把跑步完成了。

跑完天也亮了，看到那个扫地僧退休医生又来了。他手里拿着一个20磅的哑铃。爱美丽说你为啥不一手拿一个10磅的？他说就是要单独拿一个，这样你的core需要平衡，才能得到更好的锻炼。医生今年要去完成Colorado trail最后那一段。将近70岁了，真不容易。非常dedicated，非常inspiring。他很喜欢爱美丽，还和她聊跑步的要点，呵呵。

今天继续穿event shirt，今天是niagra fall marathon，年级组第六名.
