晨游----Dammmmmn, that’s a sexy bixxch. Lol

今天起晚了。晨游2000米变成1750米，最后cool down 250米没时间了。自己检讨一下。

早晨看到fb回忆的page，看到自己两年前转发的Taren的一个小视频。早上，他拿着咖啡说，As an endurance athelte i want you to know, no matter how many snot you blow, how many toe nails you lose, how many times you have to get off bike to pee, bleeding nipples,  how many times you have to stop running due to explosive diarrhea, but you, are the reason, someone else goes, Dammmmmn, that's one sexy bixxch. 

哈哈，是不是看了以后感觉很好。

我们的健身，努力，对我们来说也许已经成为日常，但是你永远不知道，你默默鼓舞了多少周围的人，在他们早上挣扎的时候，也许你的影子在他们的脑海里闪现而过。

最后那张照片，是FB提醒2018年的今天。爱美丽生日快要到了，我们让她选生日party还是哈利波特园，她选了哈利波特园。那时候我刚完成santa rosa半铁，比赛前一晚上在旅馆洗澡的时候摔跤摔断了肋骨。但是还是完成了比赛。老麦开车去环球影城的路上，每一次车的震动我都能感觉到肋骨移动的痛。但是看到爱美丽在哈利波特园里跑来跑去快乐的身影，什么都值了。

为母则刚，真的是有了爱美丽以后深刻体会到。
