速度与激情

I'm cooked！
早晨在中学绕圈，八点多已经很晒了

下午团跑。三组200x8。

第一组每个间隔45秒，第二组间隔30秒，第三组间隔15秒。

组间200米慢跑。

第一组时仨小伙可劲尥，俺这大叔跟不住，只好落后两三米。

心想照这样下去，两组就干不动了。

结果第二组他们慢了两秒，我也跟住了。

第三组时，有一个掉队了，剩下那俩动作开始变形。

大叔的机会来了，跟他们并排了，最后一个还把他们甩了几米。

单挑400或800我肯定干不过他们，连起来他们就不行了。

二十多年没跑过这么多200了。

感谢队友，没有他们，我自己跑不下来。

明天躺平，9:00配速。
