你让房客去问

第一，你也不能真实确定房客的业务到底是什么，你自己也说不清。

第二，房客自己问自己理解，在租约内写明，zoning矛盾导致的问题由房客自己负责，不能是提前搬走违约的原因。就是说无论如何，你要收租。

总之，不要自己替人跑腿，拿出当地主的架势来。
