谢谢. 现在 barn 里头没电, The county permit on the barn is Ag Exemption.

申请人 (cabinet family business) 希望一定要有电. 做storage and workshop. PM is kind of very aggressive, they think we should bring 110v lighting to the barn (permit will be applied for sure), and as long as we addendum everything we should be fine. 现在就是怕租客不按规定用 barn, 引起 code violation, 最后我们得头疼无比.

本来看了lexm5的回信, 觉得通电再加addendum 应该没问题. 现在不确定是不是即便lease agreement 声明tenant 负责, 到时候有violation也算在我们头上.

刚 update 了广告, barn 不租了. 关掉算了. PM 还在跟已经有的这个申请者沟通...
