问你一个问题.
flip 一个房子,同时,给buyer finance.
报税时,是不是本年度应该亏啊.
理由如下,
1)flip 虽然赚钱,但是,仅是帐面上的,因为钱又借出去了,
实际到手的钱是亏的.

不知巧班有啥见解?
