1. Take good photos for your unit is important, buy real camera. I used to think my iPhone does a good job until I bought a real camera. Take a lot of pictures, both the inside and outside. BTW, sometimes the condo management office has stock photos for the condo that you can use but do not use other people's photo without authorization.
2. Description of the unit and community
3. Pay generously to other agents that shows your property. Its a number's game, the more showing , the more likely of someone renting it.
4. Hire an agent is worth the money. One month rent equals one month vacancy.
