指望亚洲和中东的白衣骑士来救华尔街，他们就是不来。只好把Bear Sterns贱卖了。

美元对日元都1:100 了，指望日本人入场干预， 可日本人说了除非到1:85 否者不干预。

降息要欧洲央行配合， 可人家就是不配合。

想出用好苹果（Treasury Bonds)换坏苹果 (mortgage backed bonds)来救急， 现在好苹果也没人要了

联储降了 ３％，贷款利息就是不动
