你的财产要被拍卖，judge规定你生活费不能超过多少，

你的credit 被毁七年，这几年租房子也会非常难，借钱都是高利贷，如果可以借到的话。

也有好消息，401k的钱没有问题，还有破产以前，可以试试把钱转到可靠的地方，然后所有债务一笔勾销。现在次级贷款那帮混蛋就是这么干的，弄得大家没口好吃。

难不难就看自己的dignity and resolution,据说大发的人都要破产两三次。即使没破产过的，也有为了冒充成功人士而伪造破产经历的，比如richdad 的干儿子。
