本是deposit, 卖时可以收回，故算作收入。

Renting the rooms individually is not a problem here; it is close to an university in a good community.

Vacancy is sometimes unavoidble. I need two weeks to find an ideal tenant. At least, not all 4 tenants will leave in the same time.

Managing is a pain, but there is no better choice.
