If the tenant has good credit and income, but has a pet (a 5 lb cat, and she claims it's a dream cat), should I rent my house to her? My house is in good shape (less than 10 yrs old),and I plan to sell it in 2 years when the RE market bounces back. Will this cat history affect my selling the house?
Mayny many thanks to you, the experienced lanlords!!!
Is Pets a big No when you rent out a house? Thanks!!!
