landlords, pls help. 5 police cars came to the condo

seek advices from experienced landlards

The condo mngt notified me that 5 police cars came the  building early this wk due sth involved my tenants. My tenant did not tell me anything. She pays rent by auto pay to my acct. But her family got some fines by the condo mngt. I did got the $500 she paid to me last time I posted. But I bet she has not paid to the condo the $550 fine balance she promised to pay. Even she paid, she got new fines again. She doesn't reply my email, nor calls. The mngt doesn't say much either. or they may not know much detials. i was told it seems it is the boyfriend or ex-boyfriend of my tenant's daughter bother them and caused those fines. 

Now the mngt wants my tenants to leave. But they want to stay. I did notify my tenant to terminate lease, not renew. But they still keeps paying rent. what legal responsibility do I have? what should i do now?
