Title 的区别, 加州的可进来

 community property with right of survivorship and Joint tenants 的区别。

居然一直都不知道。 直到最近买了一房， title company 的告诉我。上网查， 才知道区别很大。 以前买的房， 都得改Title了。 大家都有类似经历吗？
