卖房还是把房租出去？

要搬家到另一城市去，这边房市还没有恢复到2007我们买房的水平。 如现在卖要亏4-5万。但房市明显在涨。

租房应不难。我们的现款也够付新买的房的80%以上。把现有房租出去好像更好。

但因在异地管理，需要找朋友打理（付一定费用）。等一年再卖？谢了。
