1) 从现在到今年底，房价跌，不好的区跌的多，好学区跌的少，但是， 一个字：
跌！
2) 明年初房价会稳定一段时间，但是好景不长，弯曲的房地产回暖还要”很长“一
段时间
3) JUMBO 利率会升到8-9%
4) 我们活在一个滥用信用额度的时代，我们生活在一个超底利率的时代，人人都用
“free money”买房子，有25% 的Sub-Prime borrower 甚至付不出第一个payment，
现在这个金融系统出大问题了，我们必须要经历这一场痛苦。
5) 那些过度开发的地区，像Phoenix, Florida, Stockton, Sacramento, Merced，
那里的房屋市场现在死掉了，不到2011年那里不会有市场。
