13球称重问题的解答是什么？

昨晚才回到家，就看到大家都在开动小脑筋称球。不过有问题没答案。谁也没有给出一个完整的答案。

我试了一下这个问题，如果总共12球，可以三次找出那个坏球，并且可以知道坏球是重还是轻。

如果总共13球，可以三次找出那个坏球，不过不一定能够判断出那个坏球是重还是轻。

如果你能三次从13球中找出坏球，并且能判断坏球是轻还是重，我愿意洗耳恭听，不过目前我相信是不可能的。
