求助，关于房客问题

大家节日快乐！

我的房客不停的写信骚扰我。我是有个agent在帮我管理，但是房客不喜欢我的agent,所以就不停的给我写信，2个月已经写了5封了，都很长，很没有礼貌。这次交房租，说是如果我deposit了这个支票，就同意，他以后要自己修坏了的东西，然后从下个月的房租里面扣。而且这个是合同的补充条款！这已经不是第一次了。他一会说有漏煤气，没热水，去了后都是他太太在，结果一点问题都没有。 每天都很紧张，生怕又寄什么。我应该怎么办呢？
