不要脸的坏房客，怎样对付？地主们有经验吗？

法庭判租客要给我3千8百多块拖欠的房租，判完后他们又赖了20多天才走，我这法警赶要等他们有空，修理花费，加上又赖的20多天房租，拖欠的水费，损失惨重。于是我再次上法庭，这次，除去房客的押金，法官在很袒护房客的基本方针下，再判房客要付我一共5千二百元，房客跑了，也没有给新地址。于是，我向法庭申请了扣他们的工资的要求， 今天忽然收到他们的信和一张50块钱的支票，讲以后每月还给我50块，我算了一下，这笔钱还完要8年多！而且，怎么保证他们每月还给我？房客两人都有工作，没有小孩负担，经济没有问题，是赖皮坏房客，我是接受这钱，还是要法庭坚持按他们收入由法庭扣工资？谢谢先。
