我的态度是只要有闲钱, 就可以在大多数人恐慌时根据自己的资产配置买进.

My experience with 2000-2001 is bad because at that time I focus too much on techs and I know nothing about asset allocation and LT investment.

Now I am still learning but I am getting better. With proper asset allocation beating SP500 by 5-10% every year
is not a dream for me any more.
